What is the difference between Italian gelato and ice cream?
They are very similar but there is a difference! Gelato is lower in fat because is contains less cream and more milk, and is churned slower resulting in less air and a richer flavour
Does gelato contain eggs or gelatine?
There are no eggs or gelatine in gelato itself.
What is Sorbetto?
Sorbetto is also called sorbet. It is always a dairy & egg free frozen dessert. It is low in fat and made with sweetened juice, fruit puree or water so it is denser than gelato.
Do you have sugar-free gelato?
No, sorry. All our gelato and sorbetto contain sugar. There’s no beating around the bush, treat yourself, really means treat yourself!
Why a gelato cart ?
Gelato is delicious! Then serve it from a super cute bike cart and WOoooW! It is not just about the product but also about bringing that something fun, exciting, different and delicious to create memories at our wonderful customers’ events and special days.
How big is the cart?
We usually come meet you at your venue to make sure the cart will fit.
Can the cart fit indoors?
The cart is a perfectly compact little unit! As long as there is a double door it should fit!
Do you require power?
Nope! We can run our freezer and lights for up to 12 hours.
Can the carts go anywhere?
The cart is pretty heavy and would likely get stuck if the ground is soft or muddy so we need to set it up on level sturdy ground. We will discuss your venue and the best place for us to set up. The cart is best parked in a sheltered spot where possible.
Do you travel outside of the Fraser Valley?
Yes! There will be a small travel fee based on how far we would need to go. Go go Gelato will come to you!

How far in advance do I need to book?
We strongly recommend booking with as much advance as possible especially for weekend parties.
What is the best time to serve gelato at our wedding?
A post ceremony treat for your guests is a YES! The bride & groom and their bridal party are off to take photos… How do you entertain your guests? GELATO!
Gelato service that starts too late can miss the mark with your guests. We have found that after 9pm guests are full and in drinking/party mode by then.
Can I rent the Go Go Gelato cart cart for a photo shoot, movie, or for a corporate event for branding & promotion?
