When you book with us the following is included:
- an exciting, fun, memorable experience with our gelato bike cart
- Set up, pack up, and travel costs within the Fraser Valley Area (outside the Valley may incur a small additional charge)
- Service by a friendly, tidy attendant
- Premium gelato menu with a variety of options to choose from. Why not choose flavours that match the event theme?
- Photo opportunities for a memorable keepsake of the day
- You can decorate the cart to suit your decor for the event as well!
- The more guests/sales at your event the less you pay for booking!*
What you pay:
$140 booking fee + treats +18% gratuity
A non-refundable booking fee of $140 is paid at the time of booking. The cost of treats & gratuity are to be paid in full at the end of the event. A statement of sales will be sent to the email on file.
- Depending on how many treats are ordered/sold, a portion of the booking fee may be credited toward the final payment.
10-25 treats = $140 booking fee
25-100 treats = $100 booking fee
100-200 treats = $ 60 booking fee
200+ treats = $40 booking fee
Treat prices range from $4.00 - $9.00 per item including GST. An 18% gratuity will be added to the total treats purchased.

Cancellation:
If you need to cancel the $140 booking fee is non-refundable. We will work with you to re-schedule your event.
